club-PKR | Pro is the powerful web-based companion to club-PKR, designed to take your poker club and private game management from mobile to desktop with expanded capabilities. Accessible through our website, club-PKR | Pro includes all the core features of club-PKR and more! Easily invite guest players via email or text, track their responses, and manage every detail of your events. With enhanced tools for reviewing player stats and monitoring guest engagement, club-PKR | Pro aims to give you everything you need to grow and run a successful poker club.
1. Ensure you have an existing club-PKR account prior to creating a PRO account, you'll need to register using the same email address as your club-PKR account.
2. Enter your chosen username, email address and password, then click "Register".
3. Follow the instructions to complete the setup process.
The club-PKR | Pro dashboard is your central hub for managing your club's private games and members. Here's a quick overview of the key features:
• Dashboard: A summary of your club's key details.
• Clubs: Manage your club's settings and members.
• Private Games: Create and manage cash sessions and tournaments.
• Manage Players: Review and manage list of confirmed players.
• Track Invites: Review and manage club invites. Notify guest players of upcoming private games via email and sms
• Payout Cards: Review and manage payout cards.
• Statistics: Track attendance and player payout figures.
Expand the Members section, then click on the "Invite New Members" button. Enter the email addresses of the new member, and click "SendInvite".
Remove members from your club by selecting the member you wish to remove and clicking the "Remove" button.
As a club owner or admin, you can also create and manage cash sessions and tournaments within club-PKR | PRO. Here's how:
Just like in the mobile app, you can schedule private cash games. Simply navigate to the Private Games section, and click on the "Cash" button.
Just like in the mobile app, you can schedule private tournaments. Simply navigate to the Private Games section, and click on the "Tournament" button.
View the list of confirmed players for a selected event. You can also add or invite guest players to your private games.
There are 2 types of players within the club-PKR platform, Club Members and Guest Players. Club Members are individuals who have joined your club via the club-PKR app. Guest Players are individuals who don't have access to the club-PKR app, but are still interested in attending events. club-PKR | Pro gives you the ability to invite guest players to a private game, whereas the club-PKR mobile app only allows you to add guest players to a private game.
Invite one or more guest players to a private game. Guests can receive invites by email, and if you've saved their phone number, you can also send them details of the game via SMS.
Track Guest Player invites, send SMS notifications, and review the list of confirmed players for the selected cash or tournament event.
Payout Cards allow you to record and track the buy-ins and payouts for each player in a private game. With it, you can determine how much each player is owed or owes following the completion of the game. A summary of the payout card is made available for review by all attendees following the completion of the event.
